1. Agreement
These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Handy Sales LLC governing use of www.handysales.tech and our services. By using our services you confirm you are at least 18 years old and accept these Terms in full.
2. Description of Services
Handy Sales LLC provides Facebook and Instagram page management services including content creation, monetization management, payout management, page growth analytics, Meta Business Suite administration, and full page management. Specific scope and fees are set out in a separate Service Agreement.
3. Client Obligations
- Provide accurate and complete business and account information
- Grant appropriate Meta Business Suite access as required
- Ensure your pages comply with Meta's Community Standards and applicable laws
- Pay all agreed fees in full and on time
- Notify us promptly of material changes to account access
4. Our Obligations
- Deliver services as agreed in the Service Agreement
- Handle all client credentials with strict confidentiality
- Manage client pages in accordance with Meta's terms
- Not share client data with unauthorised parties
5. Fees and Payment
All fees are set out in the Service Agreement. We reserve the right to suspend services for non-payment. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We may revise fees on 30 days' written notice.
6. Intellectual Property
Content we create for your pages becomes your property upon full payment. Our proprietary methods and tools remain our intellectual property.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for impacts from Meta's platform changes or enforcement actions. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the three months preceding any claim.
8. No Guarantees
We do not guarantee specific monetization revenue, follower counts, engagement rates, or Meta's approval of monetization eligibility.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate with notice as specified in the Service Agreement, or immediately for material breach. Outstanding fees become due immediately upon termination.
